Although subject to minor change here's the weekend schedule, don't worry they'll be a copy on the hand out from the Meet & Greet team.

AE07 SCHEDULE.


Friday

6- 9pm - Meet & greet (hand out schedule/map, competition forms & name badges)
8- 9.30pm - Social turns
9.30-10pm – Pub or whatever.

Saturday

9-9.30 am – Provided Bike check
9.45-10am – Assemble for ride-out Photo (10 am cut off time for inclusion)
10-10.30am- Ride-out Photo
10.40 - Assembly at start location
10.45 - Whole group Address
10.50 - Break into groups for ride briefing
11.00 - First group depart (each group to leave as traffic allows after this)


RIDEOUT DETAILS TO BE CONFIRMED

6pm - BBQ SERVED (KrazyKim beer run)
6-7pm - Social turns
7-9pm - Tech turns
9-10.30pm - Social turns

Sunday

10am - Collection of competition forms
11am - Prize giving
11.30am - Farewell address
12pm - Depart.
