Read the latest posts,and the Metzeler Z6 seems to be one of the current favorites.
Can you check out the following link for me,and let me know they are what i need,and the price is about right.

Agree with Hovis I do...

Have you got a price to get them fitted somewhere local, buying loose tyres and then having them fitted doesnt always work out cheaper.

Whereabouts are you based, have you tried your local tyre places.

What you need? Nope. They would be a wise choice though.

Fitting will cost you in the region of £50 I'd of thought.

"Whereabouts are you based, have you tried your local tyre places"I am near Salisbury,and the cheapest i found for fitting would be £30 + VAT.Just phoned Micheledever Tyres again,and same tyres,fitting, balanced.VAT and ride in ride out £197.09,(or £177.07 loose wheels).The Ebay would work out at 191.95 loose wheels.So a vist to Micheledever over the weekend.Mike

Liz and I Live in Yeovil and we always take a trip up to Micheldever for tyres, well priced and great service to.

They get very very busy on a Saturday though so get there early.

pontypridd, is where i go, i got a rear road attack fitted for £80 ( cheapest on the net was £75 )

going to try a pair of Z6s next.......... i think

Think i'll leave it till Monday,spend Saturday getting the last few miles out of the old one.
