ok so we are all getting a drenching at some time over the weekend. As I live in Yorkshire, I have local weather as......heavy rain warning on saturday and sunday. At least we'll all get there dry on Friday.
However in some thread or another i read earlier this week someone mentioned a stream nearby.
Now this maybe an obvious question to ask, but me being one of serious common sense asks it. Is there one nearby or a river, or should that be a stream that turned into a river or a river thats turned into a lake.....

Anyone know??
Don't fancy another farmyard revival!!!! And would like my mind put at rest that my bike will still be there to take me to France

The only thing that comes anywhere near us is a SMALL brook. Actually called Austwick brook. This is fed by 3 tributaries above the campsite. The campsite is in the bottom of the flats yes, but it's a steady slope downwards towards the A65, so it will take a LOT of water to flood us out.

If you want reassurance of what I'm saying, check here (http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/oswebsite/getamap/)for OS Maps, click the pink bubble and type Austwick.
