Not last year but the year before I came home with my face all blistered and full of puss because of the extremely toasty weather. Im hoping for a repeat, bring on the blisters

Apparently no chance of it being dry this year.

Oh....I'll be there!

It's never been wet when I've been there yet, so I'll try and use my mojo again this year. Not bloody camping though ;) It will be ace, best bill I can remember. Just hope they've moved the food stalls back to their old place, last year the main stage was a bit cramped...

Work your mojo big style dude!

BTW - if you're stuck for somewhere to stay there's a spare bed at mine.

We just go chillin for the entire weekend being locals and that so don't be shy. Carolyn does egg rolls and tuna pieces!

Ah, never even occurred to me that you were local! We've got day tickets and bus tickets back to edinburgh, though, so I'll just nip back to edinburgh with the gang.

Absolutly brilliant, got my tickets for next year this morning.

Every band was great apart from Babyshambles, which was a dissapointment

last night I thought I was getting old, I watch highlights on BBC and I couldn't tell you a band I was impressed with bar JAMES...

The Klaxons were incredibly poor.
The Kooks were P1sh

Its a bad day that the band you you don't particularly like (The Killers) seemed good...

Having said that I watch more tonight and Both Paulo and the Kings of Leon (where's the hair gone) were good...

my mates and i always talk about going back to Glastonbury, kinda hard now they all have wains under 4... Man I do feel old its been 8 years since I was at Glastonbury last... about 6 since T-in-the-park...

I'm not a Killers fan, but they were really bloody good, quite surprised. I saw them at t in the park about 3 years ago and they were just dull. Quite amused by the amount of coverage biffy clyro have been getting though, then again it's their 7th T in the park so I suppose it's about time :)

Who was good? James were, they knocked out the 2 songs everyone knows right at the start of the set, I like when bands do that. The Twangs and the Cribs were both decent, both the headliners were storming- Snow Patrol were maybe a little out of their depth but they produced a blinder anyway.

My Chemical Romance are always great though, I might be a bit old to be saying that... But they've evolved into a really first-class, straightforward rock band. Fantastic show. The Lostprophets were a wee bit lacking, I've been a fan since day one but they weren't great on the day... but at least had good patter. I saw them the night before at the Garage and they played a blinder. Colin Macintyre (Mull Historical Society), was very good but only got 30 minutes, nothing like enough. And Biffy, well, I'm biased there but they were the best band of the weekend really, despite dropping a couple of clangers in their set.

Went and saw Enter Shikari, that was interesting. Nothing like up to the hype, but they could do well in the future. Usually when you get dance/metal it's the dance part that's rubbish, with them it's the metal part  Pitchshifter or the Mad Capsule Markets could kill them with sound. But still, has potential.

There weren't that many bands that I really wanted to see, just Biffy, My Chemical Romance, Snow Patrol, the Lostprophets... Avril Lavigne (no, really, she was great) Thing is, if the bill had been this weak for Reading I'd be really annoyed, but somehow it doesn't matter at t in the park.

Queens Of The Stone Age, Gossip, Lost Prophets, Air, Calvin Harris, Klaxons all did it for me but not as much as Brian Wilson. Utter legend. Surprised to know 95% of the songs. Never to old to be educated! He said,"Hello Glasgow" ! but was quickly forgiven:D

Arcade Fire are great but unfortunately they got their set cut and the sound was pish. Singer said he had enjoyed a "parade" in Glasgow that day and "you guys can sure play the snare drum!" :smt103 .....cue much sucking in of cheeks in shock!:smt037

Enter Shakira (;) ) were hilarious, massive circle pit which was freaking a lot of people we were standing with out. They were waiting for Ocean colour Scene, also pretty good. A class act.

Missed The Cribs, The Skids,BloodBros,The BrianJonestown Massacre. :(

Got our briefs for next year! Lets go!:p

Ah, there you go, I love the Arcade Fire but I still completely forgot that I saw them, that's how great they were ;) Still, they get a second chance at Reading.
