View Full Version : July photo competition

So i won :D and since i never win anything it feels good. Now look through your pics and see what you can enter for this months topic which is...."Something green" ....chosen by my wife as i could not decide on a topic.
So green must be a fairly dominant colour in the pic and same rules as before.
Looked through my pics and decided on this one to kick the comp off to a start. Good luck to everyone.
"edit" May i suggest the voting is kept till the last 2 days of the month when i will start a seperate thread for voting only. The starter of each new month should not be able to put a pic forward for voting but does need to post a pic to start the topic off. So this month i can not get votes but can still vote for my favorite

Was a quick pic i took on a trip to Marwell Zoo earlier this year.

I think we should leave the voting for the last 2 days of the month as it will be easier to add up the votes and will give everyone who wants to enter a chance to enter a pic.

Yes there is quite a bit of blue - was a nice day. But mostly olive green. I like the sense of space it acheives running up the flag pole. And then back down it again and you can get some scale with the old house at the bottom with the tracks.
