I have had a PM today from Alex.

He states that 2 items have been lost by the Royal Mail during the recent postal strike. They are also denying any knowledge of them. So now he is trying to get the money back as the parcels were insured.

I suggested that he contact anybody else tha has not recieved their spares as a matter of urgency.
