looks like you're trying to upload a pic from your hard drive. You need to get the file hosted somewhere (I use photobucket.com, it's free), copy the url link for the picture, then use the "insert image" icon (looks like a couple of mountains and a sun) amongst the icons above where you type a new message.

You should get something like this (not my bike!)
