Video Hosting Sites - suggestions?

I want to load up a 9:40 min MPEG film which is just below 200 MB, does anyone know of a free hosting site that will do this capacity, You Tube will only allow 100MB.

Try http://www.nelsok.com I know they did support massive videos, in multiple formats, and you can even earn money for hosting things there!!
