Real answer is that when I had my crash a few years ago, the money came quite soon after I'd told the solicitor to agree to the offer. Maybe give them a call on Monday and just make sure they've accepted the offer for you.

Took a couple of weeks and several chases by my solicitor before the 3rd party insurers issued my cheque after i had received and accepted the offer they made. Depends how quick (or slow) they want to be in actually paying the money out.

more to the point the amount you accepted was it through gritted teeth or was it a reasonable amount?

£4400 but 50/50 = £2200, considering i sold the cat c sv for £1800 i came out quite well @ £4000.
£4400 + get to keep salvage
I don't understand, That's the price new no? & your's was K3, very nice but didn't have lowers or dripping with mods on agreed value.
I though I was doing well, but sounds like I didn't have half your luck.
