OMG that's terrible news. I met Ollie last year via the Vivaldi team, and he seemed like a really nice guy

That awful news. He was doing well at Oulton and Knochill before that too, all solid top 10 results in shocking weather.

Yea, i was getting really excited last week when he was posting really fast times at oulton

Such a shame. Racings dangerous though, what can you do? I think where he crashed though is a difficult section (after the hairpin, isnt it? or is it not?)

After Edwinas and prior to Shaws hairpin; regardless of where on the track it's a young life snuffed out.

He has gone doing something he loved and my thoughts are with those he left behind.

He came across as a fun and happy lad when he appeared in Natural Born Racers following the R6 cup and the occassional appearances he made in the commentary box, so sad to see he will no longer be on our screens. RIP Ollie

That is very bad news indeed. I met him last year as well, really nice bloke, and he signed my boot, I was a really big fan of ollies. RIP. :smt022

Its a nightmare, the young guy was so full of life.

I found out last night and it stopped what was a good night, I think people thought I was mad crying for someone i'd never met. I only ever read his articles in Motorcycle Racer, he seemed to live life to the max, and I will miss his antics and great riding.

My thouhts are for his family.

Rest in Peace you Ginger Gigolo...

Very very sad news indeed. I have just been on the BSB forum and there are 26000 plus views of the post about his accident. There is also an online book of condolences to sign.
