nice of you to drop in to use the site before you com eon to offload your old gear......................
you want £75 for a 2nd item item that was £111 new, which doesnt actually make a difference to the bikes performance?? + postage???
good luck..........................

if it was a K5 it wont be 2006, it will be 2005, unless it was registered in 2006 but it will still be the 05 model. ;)

Per For Sale section rulesUnsolicited Advice
Any advice you may have in relation to items for sale, for example guidance on asking price, should be sent by PM unless the seller has specifically solicited this advice.
While it maybe a requirement of other forums to build up a reputation before using the for sale section, I am not aware of any such requirement here.

what does the gp-s653 actually do?
Did you really notice any difference.
Also how easy is it to fit?

hi all, on my sv which was a k5 registerd in 2006
i had fitted a scorpion can an 1 tooth bigger front sprocket.
For £111 it was a bit steep for the result i amit, but its still worth the improvement it gives if its cheap. as for the asking price says £75 ono (or nearest offer) means it can be bought cheap!!! plus p&p is negotiable!!!!
quoted on the packaging
"gpack is active between 2000 rpm & 7500 rpm in 2nd & 3rd gear" "gpack module which has the capability to optimise the performance of your engine to a maximum, particularly during the phases of acceleration from low to mid range" "gpack can be disconnected in a moment and your motorcycle restored to its original configuration"
it is noticeable in tight an twisty roads when at low speeds, as people i ride with all had heavy 1000s so it helped. but the down side is if your on fast open 70mph plus roads its not active.
i still have the packaging with all instructions its simple to fit i know, as i fitted it myself onenite, it doesnt take long! the bike runs normal again i know because my dad who is also a member of this site bought my sv after i had 2 store it at his house while i moved house. I was a member b4 but lost alot of stuff when i changed broadband provider so i had 2 rejoin the site again!!!!!!:smt036
