I blame the Government!

I am annoyed that a few scratches have appeared on my bike since I got it!

I know how you feel. I not only rode through puddles today, I also had to ride through actual rain (for the first time ever!) :smt021

Lol :D I don't actually mind riding in rain, but I've been going all kwak on my bike since I got it so now I've got to clean the damn thing! And I dread to think how much I'm going to have to clean to get rid of all the crap the big waves of water put all over my bike :( in all the nooks and crannies, etc :smt021

Hehe, pansies! Starts to get fun again once it gets to monsoon levels, you're already completely wet and it's a complete lottery if you can keep rubber side down :p

Worst I got was having to slow to 10mph on a motorway because waves were getting up over my boots. Was sunny when I left as well so I had leathers on...ended up with dye running into everything I had underneath. And I had my PS2 in the tankbag as well. Won't play DVDs anymore :(

if you keep your bike in a good clean condition, when they get a soaking they come up clean again in no time:) it always pi$$es me off when i get caught in bad weather but a few hours later she's back to normal.:)

OOH Bugger! Won't Play DVD's anymore. There is a good parts forum on the t'internet, Can't thin of the darn name right now. Let me know if you need it though and I'll trawl through my emails on Hotmail. Here it is, Google is king eh.
www.pstation.co.uk (http://www.pstation.co.uk) You should be able to find some help with your PS2 there and also parts prices etc.
As for getting leather dye out of your undercrackers I'll have to speak to my wife about that one!

Thing is, I don't have a garage! So it's not so easy to clean any time. But I do clean it first chance I get...

Btw what do you use to clean fiddly bits? E.g. rear shock? I can get my hand/sponge in there to clean off the dirt (I don't go as far as polishing it I'm afraid!) but I can only get to certain bits of course (luckily I can get to all the visible bits). I definitely think I'm turning into you! :p Hey I do put the miles on though, I think it's got 2600 now (picked it up April 20th or something like that).

I use one of those green stringy mittens - You get into more places than a cloth or sponge and dont rip your hands open.

I think Poundstretcher sell some white ones.

I plan on giving it a clean after i get back from Aylesbury tomorrow. That said i planned on cleaning it this morning but that never happened!

Plus i reckon Nick is a "clean freak" and we cant have a Honda looking nicer than a Yamaha.
