i thought this picture was good showing possible grip from modern wet weather tyres, just a little different to the standard sv plastic dunlops:)

The only time I ever get that far over in the wet is just before it goes.............
Sky, ground, sky, ground, crunch..................Ouch!! :D

That kind of lean angle is commonplace on todays tyres. However I hasten to add that not with this boy on board,.....espesh in the wet!:(

Thats alot of tread on that front, you sure those are road tyres and not race wets ?
Still impressive though and I know I'd never get that far over in the wet.

IIRC it was the Avon road legal wets they were using in that shot.
It has a Michelin man on the front mud guard! Avon will not be happy.
On a different note, does the Avon lady sell tyres?

Looks like a fairly dry track to me and knee splashing in a puddle.
I'd be lucky to get that kind of lean angle in the dry!
