Kwak, forgive me if this seems rude, but you post alot about how you miss your 650 and how that you dont seem to get on so well with your thou.

Have you ever thought about actually selling your thou and getting another 650 ?

Just curious thats all

I did wander if you were thinking about it, If you dont get on with it, get shot of it, no point riding about on a bike you dont really enjoy riding, its supposed to be fun not a chore...

i was kinda hoping i'd have jelled with it in time:rolleyes: but the only advantages i can see is the sheer grunt of the thing? i still ride the thou fast and still leave my mates for dead but i like to throw a bike around, i love scratching on thight twisty lanes and the thou just seems too much of a handfull to have that kind of fun on. i do love v twins tho so before i make up my mine i will be having a test ride on a 749 like ed's.

i dont find the thou a chore to ride i just enjoy the flick-ability of the 650.

Kwak - Remember that at the end of the summer (if we get one) your bike will be harder to sell. Maybe best to sell now while we have some sun... I know you don't need me telling you what to do but just though it might be something you didn't think about.. :-)

Stu - No ta :D

Kwak - I think you'd like the Duke, its quite flickable, but its really really stable through the corners, it takes a small bike of muscle to get it to turn, maybe a whiff of countersteer, but apart from that its a huge amount of fun.

If you get the S its about the same BHP as your thou is to.
