Passed test today, but then sat on naked SV and pointy S model and much prefered the seating position of the naked one](*,)

Not sure what to do now, am gonna test ride both at the W'end alog with a Cagiva Raptor 650 which uses the SV's engine but looks much better:smt080

Anybody any advice on Naked vs S riding position for a new rider?

not realy, just if you are doing a lot of high speed motorway riding the S is best.
the nakid is more upright,

but i would get the S they look nicer

getting a nekkid sv will give you a neck like a bulldog if your going to ride it a lot, especially on m-ways etc. Faired better and you get used to position...as for raptor, you'll get a bulldog neck on those as well. but the word RAPTOR is a touchy subject in my house a mo, so now i'll b off to rant to myself

I thought my neck was just naturally fat ;)
