£2,745 and no reserve? If you don't sell it I will eat my tall hat!
But it's silver, not blue and definitely not baby-blue!!

I was offered £2700 from saltire to take it from my hands, and they valued it as £3295 private sale. so I thought they were good places to start, but of course I'd like it to go for as close to the buy it now as possible.
and I still think its more blue than silver

I was offered £2700 from saltire
So if it goes for £2745 what are you left with after ebay fees and stuff?
And OK, you can have blue, just leave out the baby part!

Standby for auction fever!
I'm predicting £3101.50...
Nearest to it wins my uneaten tall hat!

get a mate to start the bids
and if no one else bids, then leave each other positive feedback then try selling it again.
as this might pull people in for the bidding fever

thats bloody expensive feedback, if it sells I have to pay over £40 instead of £11.50 if it doesn't, lol

I blame a high staring bid pice and location, but then again, I'd be screwed if it went for less.

A lower starting price but with a reserve next time? Or ******** to it and go for the Autotrader?
Anyway, Tall Hat au gratin on a bed of spinach please :puker:

Jim Allan offered me £3K for mine trade in when I was flirting with an Aprilia Falco (but you lot put me off) and mines a few months older and I think has a bit more winter riding damage to the finish. Saltire were trying to pull a fast one with the 2.7K offer, they'd have had it in the showroom labelled at 3.5K the following day. The 3.2K price you've got on this site is about right for a private sale. I wouldn't accept less than 3K from anyone.

Was this a trade in or just asking them to take it off your hands?

You think Saltire offerering £2700 is bad..
Then I asked Ayr Superbikes, who's offer may I say was laughable to say the least! £2000 subject to inspection. and what price would the sell it for? I bet it would be near the £3,500 mark

Actually I think it was a little under done.
Victor Devine have a Y plate curvy which has never seen a dry road or a bucket of soapy water for the bargain price of £2700.
Hurry!
PS - Apologies if you just traded that in...
