The ‘Keep your wheels’ campaign is only open to people who have passed their CBT no longer than 6 months prior to registration to the scheme. And for people whose permanent address is with the council districts of Bristol CC, South Gloucestershire CC, North Somerset CC and Bath and North East Somerset CC.
