If yes, does it work correctly!?

I hade one fitted to my bike when I bought it and from day one the nudge sensor part of the alarm never worked, so I contacted the dealer and they ordered a new alarm that was fitted yesterday and it's exactly the same.

If I move the bike the movement sensor will trigger the alarm (I can tell which sensor due to the number of beeps when I disarm it) but no ammount of kicking or hitting will tigger the nudge sensor.

I am getting bit p!ssed of to say the least and don't want to be without the bike for another day while the dealer tries to get it working.

So has anyone get this alarm fitted and working as the blurb says it should?

are you arming it or letting the 45 seconds pass so it arms itself?

I am using the remote to do a full arm within 45 sec of turning the ignition off.

I don't have the same alarm but I know that when I arm it you have to wait around 30 seconds for it to be fully active. The alarm LED flashes fast during these 30 seconds then goes to a steady slow flash when done.

If you let it arm itself (beep .......beep....beep..beep beep beepbeepbeep) - that one ;) then it only activates the immobiliser. I found the nudge sensor only goes off for sharp nudges. If I lightly tap the wheel with my chain it goes off!

I have the same allarm mate and it does exactly the same, the sensitivity is turned right down as standard, if you pick your bike up it will go off right?
i arm it as soon as i turn the egnition off, try giving it a shake for a while and you will get a few bleeps then it will go off but those bikes that go crazy when you breath on them have the sensitivity on MAX, dont worry to much about it just get your dealer to change the settings for you,
