Hi there,

I would like to know your opinion on what is better in order to solve my "rain in front cylinder problem".

You told me before to use "silicone goo" which I understand to be a paste or greasy something, but here in Germany I can only get silicone SPRAY.

Does that also do the job?

Thanks a lot, Nadine

...ah, by the way,

this question goes especially to FIZZWHEEL and NORTHWIND, simply because those two told me about the silicone in the first place...

The actual grease as you can wedge it on nice and thick 8) - product code RE90X a 50g tube (the pic is only of the spray, but that is the code for the actual grease (scroll down the page)).

The spray could work, I've got honestly no idea :) I don't see it hurting. The thick grease definately does though- it's probably not the only thing that would of course, but I recommend it just because I know without doubt that it works.

I don't know if Maplins ship internationally, I'm out of tubes though- think I gave my last one away :(
