The lowers were on the bike when i bought it, an i aint got a clue who makes them. I'll try find out tho

looks like its got fenda extenda to me its just been sprayed nice bike no room for the missis even better dont be suprised if the fuzz dont stop you for your zorst covering your right indy though, there a ride out not far from you on the 8th/9th of sept have a look in the meetings and rideout thred
