***PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE VOTING***
OK .orgers, this is how it is going to work this year.
Looking at the location poll, it would appear quite conclusive what the masses want. Rick's (Viper) option looks to be the location this year. Now having spoken to Rick there are certain weekends that had to be excluded due to commitments on the farm. So the poll is a list of dates available.
The poll will be up from now until the end of September, so please do not rush into entering your chosen date. (unless of course you are reading this toward the end of September and have yet to vote :lol:). At the end of September the four dates with the highest vote will go into a 2nd poll. This poll will run for two weeks. If there is one clear winner at the end of this two weeks, then this is the date for the event next year. If the voting is close between two dates, then a 3rd and final poll for one week will be submitted. The winner or that poll regardless how close it is, will be the chosen date.
Mr Ape, can you make the poll so you can vote in more than one?
If not i vote for the 5/6th July and the 2/3rd August

We won't vote, as we can do any of the suggested weekends, so not important to us which is chosen.
Just two thoughts
A date before the 'orrible sprogs break up might mean the roads are quieter:smt045

Not gonna vote on a date as i start a new job on the 4th October, just dont want it to clash with download as I really must go next year.

Due to booked holidays of people I work with.I cant make any of June dates to arrive on Friday could arrive Sat morning though but any of the others is fine at the moment.
too far in advance for me , i have nothing planned yet on any of the wekends proposed.
so ill just see when it is and then turn up.

Longer nights innit, the earlier the better, but i'm biased cos can't do weekend of July 26th cos of sisters poorly timed wedding :D
Well, I forgot to put up the new poll with the four highest voted dates. However, having looked at the voting, it seems quite clear to me that there is one clear date that the majority want. I propose not to bother with a 2nd poll and announce the date set as the one that has won this poll. If there are no objections then this will be the date for next year.
Any objections :?:
