Hello Peeps.
This is for those of you attending the Dorset Doodle on the 15th September.
Mrs Viper and I (well more me:grin:) would like to open up our place for a .org bbq after the DD.
Its quite simple really i thought if those who want to come chip in a £5.00 each we can get a load of grub and soft Drink (beer if wanted) and then we can park the bikes up have some grub and talk about the day.
If you want to come just vote in the poll and put your name in a post so we know who we have coming.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU VOTE, IT'S IMPORTANT I KNOW NUMBERS

Gonna get the food and beer etc organised for the BBQ on Friday morning ready for saturday. Below is a list of who has signed up. If it has changed, either way (more or less coming) Please let me know by 9.00am Friday by posting on this thread. I will cater for the numbers confirmed at that time.
Remember its £5.00 per head.

We reckon to finish the ride at approx 5.30 -6.00pm (Fizz correct me if i am wrong)
so BBq to start at about 7.00ish.

Depends how fast we get round the route. I'd hadnt really thought about an end time and I cant really remember what time we finished the reccie at either...

I'd say that was reasonable, but bearing in mind we had a trip into Dorchester to use the Facilities that we wont be making this time, so I reckon you're right anywhere between 5:30 and 6.. personally I'd hope for earlier as that leaves more time for scoffing !
