I'll buy Gwent please and sack all the t*****s in their police for who allow crime to run unchecked in Newport, whilst spending all their time and money on catching people speeding (smallest constabularly in the UK, highest number of convictions for speeding, when you consider it's one of the slowest areas of the UK in terms of driving speed = taking the mick).
