Right, let me clarify a few things..

The reaosns why I didnt go sooner?
I thought I could get an appology off someone to end something that wound me up a long time ago. I needed it to be able forgive, I didnt receive it and I was too stuborn to ask for it. This person knows I thought the world of them at one point, possibly the greatest friend I pushed away :(


The reason why I am going now?

I wont find what Im looking for in life on this forum.. its as simple as that.

I now have a good job, with good career prospects and the oppertunity to travel the country, or if I get good enough.. the world.
I have a small handfull of friends that I would do anything for (within reason!)
But Im lonely. And Im fed up of it.. no matter what I do, who I meet.. that feeling wont go away...
And without some fundamental changes, I dont see how its going to change anytime soon.
Im always the person whos only good enough for a rebound, or a one off.. nobody sticks around... the pushover. the person who's always sat on his own.. the person who is taken for granted, the one that nobody listens too. The one who has given up.

If this is what I have to do, where I start.. then so be it...
The friends I leave on here, I still can contact them off of this place... most of them know where I live, or have my number. They can still contact me whenever they want too, and they know if they dont get hold of me at first, I'll usualy contact them back :)

Im going, to find myself... becasue I cant honestly say I know who I am anymore.. the past few weeks have been a bit of a blur, Ive gone out on my bike and done silly things I wouldnt dream of doing a few months ago.. I find myself racing cars at high speeds - faster than your SV's go for a start, taking risks, filtering at high speeds.. and my heart never missed a beat.. simply becasue ive stoped caring, I get off the bike numb like nothings happened. I cant go on like this anymore becasue I dont want it to end that way.

This place was my life at one point, most of the people I have had contact with socialy are from on here in the past 3 years..
so consider that please.

And I would like to thank those of you who have stuck with me through highs and lows - theres been a few, and those who were helped me when I lost my job.

I hope that answer a few of you.

Just read your post and reasons for taking your leave. I don't know you mate but hopefully you get things sorted, a fresh start can only be a step in the right direction.I know it's a bit cliched, but too late to change what has been so look to the future.

Only request is that you take it easy when out on the bike, the bat out of hell riding you've acknowledged doing of late can only ever be really short term therapy, don't let it be the cause of more or new problems for you, (or others for that matter)
