It was a bit cold, quite nice though, I like the freshness :)

I noticed it was a bit colder, can anyone recommend some inner gloves to wear, I don't fancy getting big bulky winter gloves just yet.

Ohhhh yes, theres a chill in the air. In the sun its fine, but in the living room in my parents house, its very cold. My hands are going a bit blue and its hard to type :mad: This makes me very frustrated :(

Warm in the sunshine though!

Possibly due to london smog retaining more heat :D

Still early days but Sci-fi.

I've done 10 000 words so far. Nearly at the end of chapter 2. I wanna reach 100 000 words. It's a bit slow to begin with as, being sci-fi, you've got to explain the technology as you go....hydrogen/solar powered surfboards, AI, neural networks, HALO flights etc. then there's the commercial - how would you make money in the future - would you work for money? Would you embrace technology or live in some luddite community where the highest form of technology is teh light bulb that turns on when you clap (therefore earning you the derogetory phrase-of-the-future "Hand clapper") etc etc etc.....

It was a bit cold this morning and a silly cow in front of me this morning decided to slam her brakes for no reason that i could see so i ended up doing the same and squashed my boll-cks on the tank great start to the day;)

It was 10 degs when I left for work at 5:30. Often I go for a drive round the airfield, chase some rabbits, drive the runway, get a bit of wake up fresh air. This morning I said sod that, too cold, so I agree, winter is coming. :(

Maybe you can close the airport, and let the whole of the .org use it as a race track :D

Umm no, It would be cool if I could use any vehicle, but i have to use the Freelander, nothing allowed on the runway without the radio's, flashy lights and massive insurance.
Actually the runway isnt that flat either, full of light fittings and other bumps, wouldn't be good for a bike.

I doubt it, don't think visitors are allowed onto the manouvering area.
You could come visit one day when quiet though, have a cuppa if passing through.

On monday morning when I was on night shift was out for a smoke about 5.30am you could see a right heavy dew on the cars and easily see your breath!!!

There was a nice chill when I went out to the shed to get the bike today at about 12. The taste of the crisp air always reminds me of my first month of biking - in february. Was warm on the bike though.
