I went to the bike show at the NEC last year on the Friday (preview day) and on the Saturday (first proper day).

The preview day was so much better than the Saturday, much less busy etc.

Anyway, I'm going again this year but was thinking of going on the Monday instead to save a few quid (the preview day is about double the ordinary price), but I'd rather pay extra to go on the Friday if the Monday is as awful as the Saturday was.

Anyone know how busy it's likely to be on the Monday?

Dunno, went for the 1st time ever on the Thursday with 2 others. Didn't seem incredibly busy at the manufacturers stands. Got to take photos of us sitting on loads of the bikes. I guess weekends will be busy as that's when people don't work.

Yer don't go on the weekends, mid week is the best option as you will get time to sit on bikes and go to all the stands. It will be busy but not massivly so.

Will all the rides be availbile mid-week?

As I had soooo much fun doing the Super Motos last year I want to do the off road and get some test rides this time. I'm not to bothered about going for the new bikes and that I just want to get some free petrol time!

I'm going there on one of the trade days this year. Still, I hope they have lots of scantily clad young chicks sat on huge beasts.................:rolleyes:

The trade/press day is the Thursday I think (well, it was last year anyway). How are you getting tix for trade day? Not fair!!!!!
