That is crap.
All you need is a regular sleeping/waking routine and you are sorted! I wake up the same time everyday without the help of an alarm clock (although my cat has a habit of running over my head just before I wake up now...)

I'm really not sure about it though. I'm one of those people who keeps pressing snooze until i've overslept and then run around in a mad rush trying to get ready for work in time - definitely an night person.

Im the same, im awful at getting up.... just can't stay awake for that 30 seconds i need to rise. I just get up walk across the room turn it off and think.. "nah i can have another 10 mins" then sleep in.
Not even putting my alarm clock for the hard of hearing (it sounds like a car alarm) down my ladder helps..
Might look into it!
