hey mate, i think the blue in Keith's avatar is actually the darker "Napoleon" blue, mine goes very light in bright sunlight:

good luck selling the bits, i *might* be interested in the left wing mirror if it's not been damaged by the knock, i knobbled the edge of the one on mine parking it horizontally on my drive:rolleyes:

I hope you didn't hurt yourself!

Any undamaged body parts? I am interested in fuel tank, front fender, side panels, grabrail - in short all the blue stuff (except the fairing - don't want that I think...) Also the passenger seat if undamaged as mine has a small hole. I intend to paint my SV650 black but want to keep the original blue parts intact.

I live in Norway so there will be postage but thats fine. If any body parts are OK, please post a reply and I'll give you my email.

Can anyone tell me if this is Grand Candy Blue like the K3, or have they made it lighter? Is the tank undamaged? I might need a right front footpeg, but that is such a small part it probably wouldn't be worth it sending from Italy.

The Reg/rec is the regulator rectifer (part of the charging system of the bike). It sits underneath the fuel tank bolted onto the right had side of the frame. If I remember correctly you will need to remove the airbox to see it. Its a silver coloured device with 2 connector hanging off of it

I am very interested in your front brake lever (no guesses for the reason why!) and maybe your front forks. PM me with a price please.

Hi there, I was wondering if I could buy the regulator of you, or am I too late? Also, mine is a curvy 2001, but I don't think that matters, does it?

Thank you very much,
Nadine

I'll take the small metal guide that holds the front brake pipe to the left fork if it's still availible. It's the one in the last picture just above the orange reflecter on page 2.

Whats with the pic of the 2 red 1098s. Rather have the blue SV anyday.

Sorry to hear about your crash. Shame about the bike. It looks stunning (although I don't suppose that helps much to hear that).

Hope you are back on the road again soon.

Daab, I need the 2 screws and clamps for the bar end plugs.
I can see the bar ends are scuffed up but if the screws are ok and reasonably straight they will be good for me.

Mine have been glued in and I need to drill them out.

Whereabouts in italy are you?

Hi,

Do you still have the grab rail & rear blue plastic tail piece particularly the left side? That is the bit that is behind your left leg when you sit on the bike ;)

Are they undamaged if you have them? ;)

Having just joined this forum I am looking for a replacement part - don't know/can't find the proper name for it but I need the r/h handlebar bit that houses the throttle cable/light switch/ignition button, l/h heel gaurd and left hand front mirror. Hoping you can help. :D
