EEEEEee the good old days. Off to the Victoria Hall in Hanley every week to see the new bands. Siouxsie & the Banshees, the Clash, Stranglers, Buzzcocks................... Those were the days :cool: I had hair then, so I could dye it & cut it in a mowhawk.

Well, to be fair there's a clue in the first line :D

Though I do believe you have the first line wrong... Which funnily enough, means that if you google it, you get nothing but SV650.org.

Curtain call and lights go dim
Tragedy, love all lie within
Each player takes his chance to play
And lives to fight another day
Another day

+1, and still going strong. Can't think of a better way to spend a saturday night than ankle deep in mud in the depth of Thetford forrest - BRAINSCAN soundsystem. Nice.

Sadly, i only know "new rose" because Guns and roses covered (or crusified it depending on your perspective).

First ever punk record I heard; Sheena is a punk rocker - the Ramones, a whole new ball game.

Depends. See below.

Curtain call and lights go dim
Tragedy, love all lie within
Each player takes his chance to play

There are at least two versions of that chorus in any one version of that song that I can think of. And I said no Googling, if you go to lyrics sites you'll only ever get that version - which ain't the only one. :p
