Strange phone calls

For the last week i have been recieving calls to my mobile from some wierd numbers, always between the hours of 12.30-1.00pm

I've tried calling them back but can never get an answer, anyone shed any light on these numbers?

Are these foriegn numbers, or cold calling scum bags :confused:

probably a automated call, is there anyone there when you answer?
if not then deffo a automated call to see what time you answer your phone so the retail people can call you when it's the most IN-convienint time...

I've had calls form these number before (not exactly the same) but they were foreign - answering a query i had about something over the net. Didn't cost me anything to answer.
