i was just wondering, if anyone changed pinlocks instead of visors?

as they are cheaper, and easy to carry, the only downside i can see is that you might lossen/break the pins, if you keep changing it?

Yes, i change my pinlock for a dark tint, deffo cheaper, @ £20 for the pinlock, the pins do come off if you're not careful but they are only like a press stud and clip back on as long as you don't lose them.

I find it's just as quick to change the visor over as it is the pinlock

i normally have a tinted pinlock fitted but on proper sunny day days i'll opt for my black visor

Just learn to change your Arai visor ;)

I had a yellow tint pinlock on my shoei, but I found like Dirty Dog, it was just quicker to change the visor than it was to faff about with the pinlock. The thing with the pinlocks is you've got to get a good seal when you fit them otherwise you still get misting problems.

I had a tinted pinlock, but you have to take the visor off to change it anyway, so I decided to just have two visors, plus, if you're changing the pinlock, it's got to be clean and dry.
