personally I would get them powder coated or buff them till they gleem :cool:

remember noticing them at the last rideout, they did look a bit RAF
mines is nearly 4 years, 9k miles and they're like new so probably not an old issue thats since been improved, could be a bad batch of legs/paint/laquer
I would say it should be a straight warranty claim, would be surprised if they knocked it back

That is what my yoke is like too, forks are fine though. I was going to remove the yolk over winter and autosol it up, but I'm putting gsxr forks on now instead

Ah, well, you see now, the water pump is attched to the engine cover. Clutch cover!
I meant clutch cover....
