Where was everyone?!?

Hey guys, where was everyone at the Tap tonight?

I'm new to this site and was really looking forward to meeting you guys and to show my face.

Got my insurance renewed especially for the meet.

I didn't arrive until 8pm-ish as my insurance didn't kick in until 7pm.
Like I said didn't get there till around 8pm and I was the only SV there, there were only two other bikes and that's all.
Sat on the wall waiting for an hour or so but to no avail, so went home at 9pm.
I'm sure if you guys would of been there someone would of said hi etc upon seeing an SV, but no. :(

Did you guys meet up and go for a blast..or..?

I did pass a curvy SV in Seaforth (in Liverpool) anyone form here?

Brian, I left after 8:00, having got there at 7:30, obviusly we missed one one another.
The Yam XT and Trump Sprint were there when I got to the Tap.

Pair of us billy no mates, heh?

Rather than use the M56 I decided to get home across country, I had forgotten how awful the lights are on the SV for night riding.

I don't tend to go to the Tap very often, if I'm on that side of the Mersey, I seem to end up at New Brighton for a brew. May see you there sometime?

To be honest you didn't miss much anyway, the Tap was as dead as a big bag of dead things!

Can perfectly understand why some of you didn't come, what with the weather, being dark not to mention the distance some of you would of had to of come just for a meet lasting a couple of hours.
Like I said, there's allways next time!!

Yeah I saw the Yam XT, the trumpet had obviously gone by the time I got there.
The other bike I saw there was I kinda moto x/motard type thing, not sure what it was though, though I do know he/she was running without baffles lol.
Bit of a shame we missed each other, must of missed each other by only a few mins :(

Hey Mac, would you consider yourself border patrol or pennine massive ? cos you are kinda in both, see you in a couple of weeks hopefully

Would tend to think of myself as Border Patrol. Do most of my riding in Cheshire, Shropshire, North Wales. Though two of my favourite routes take me a bit further south A483 and A470 to Builth Wells.
Derbyshire appears to have a blanket 50mph speed limit, which isn't much fun, But I have been known to venture into that county :-)

Can't make the next meet the next one. I'm most likely to go to the Stormy, But I'll definitely need to put some different headlight bulbs in if I do
