after a ride out this morning We ended up at Elvington Airfield by chance this afternoon after my mate called to tell me it was on. He's the official photographer for Back Steet Hero's and was there doing the photos for the magazine.
I have to say, I've never seen such a bunch of nutters in my life! :)
Fastest wheelie this afternoon was 149.4 miles per hour... for ONE KILOMETER!
There was a lot of guys there with 'Busas and other exotica going over 220 miles an hour.
A Dutch guy was on for doing 280+mph but decided to leave it till tomorrow due to the cross winds. He's also going to have a go at a 250+mph wheelie!!!
The guy is obvioulsy lacking up stairs but has the largest testicles of anyone alive!
Excellent day out for those within driving distance as entry is only a tenner
Starts agin at 10.30 Sunday until about 5pm.
Word of worning, the police were staked out all the way along the A64 today with numerous traps and the A1 north and south of York.
