Is it just me, or are other people suffering from the 'The Blues' for no apparent reason?

I have absolutely no reason for feeling down, but I am..............and it's really stupid.

Maybe I suffer from s.a.d, or maybe I'm just sad................but is anyone else feeling like this at the moment?

Feeling better but felt like real **** when it was quite cold a few days ago.

Lots of reasons to feel ****ed off.

It's Monday and the week still seems too long
We didn't have a summer, it rained from April to August
It's grey, wet and miserable
Christmas is a long way off still
Petrol's just gone up - again
Just like everything else, mortgages, council tax, leccy
You aren't getting a pay rise
Seems you work hard and get jack **** back

...and some still think we have a fabulous country;)

I get like that alot, but I'm a grumpy b*stard at the best of times so I just put it down to that ( not saying you are Lissa )

I work with a guy who suffers from S.A.D. he's had one of those artifiical sunlight boxes installed and he says its made a big difference to how he feels.

I always get irrationally cheery when winter arrives. It seems like cold and rain suits my temperament :D

But still, it was monday.

Well I feel like crap can't shift this cold even though I did feel better for a few hours yesterday, been shafted on pay rise probally this year. My bike boots broke they leaked in the rain. .....crap On the happy side i got new bike I love, things really aren't that bad I just feel crap casue i'm ill, again! Got to get a trip to the sun at some point though....

Well, it's now Tuesday morning, and I'm still feeling miserable. Maybe I am just a grumpy sod, like Fizz..........maybe it's because I also have a cold that just won't shift................or maybe I just need a few hours on some Welsh roads.

What I'm gonna get is work! Oh joy:)

Every time I think of this it makes me smile, when we were upstairs at petes eats looking at the forum and found the 'hovis elephant ride' video and you just here a disembodied saying 'will someone PLEASE tell him to get off the elephant' im smiling thinking about it right now. :D Pure class.

it could be because of all the great rides you n Pete have been on an now its back to normality, i would suggest thinking back to all the things you've done this summer, and planning things to do next summer, if your anything like me i have extreme highs then pay for them with extreme lows i find keeping busy helps, plan a bank robbery
