Has anyone ordered from these guys before?

I ordered a few bits & bobs off them on Sunday, got an email saying the stuff'd been despatched on Monday (great so far...) but nowt's arrived.

Phoned them 3 times yesterday, STILL waiting for a consignment number so I can chase it with DHL... Am I asking to much here?! :smt076:smt076:smt076

Compare that to Busters who I ordered some tyres off at the same time, email off them on Tuesday - "they've left" Sure enough they arrived yesterday morning... Can't be that difficult can it!?!

I've ordered a givi rack and box one time, a set of helibars another time and something else ages ago (can't recall what) and every time they've always been fast and easy to deal with - deliver within a few days. Could be part of the postal strikes? They've been going officially since Thursday but they sometimes start ****ing about with deliveries before then to maximise the impact. We've not received any mail since the start of the week here.
