Well I finally got rid of the ill fated Sprint ST, and bought me a Gixer 750!

Loving it so far, though only done 100 or so miles. Much more fun than the sprint, but no where near as comfy! It's great being back on a really "chuckable" bike!

Before anybody says "this means nothing without pictures"...here's a pic!

Nice bike mate

there seems to be a pattern here, every time you change your bike you gain a cylinder (vtwin.....triple....inline4) ;)

Make sure you get the hang of this one before you move up, those V5 990s are a bit of a handful...

I NEED MORE CYLINDERS AAAAAAARGH! etc.

The 750 is great though, tame enough if you keep the revs lowish and climb the gears, and a complete holigan if you don't.

Sprint if anything had a little too much torque...great overtaking in any gear at any revs, but a bit snatchy. Not a good thing if you're just wanting to feed in a bit of power mid corner.

Anyhoo, hoping to hold on to this for a good few years to get my moneys worth.

Seconded Johnny. I would really love to try the 750. Might leave it for another couple of seasons though.

NICE Philbo, I preferr the graphite colour. Don't see too many of them around.

Cheers
