Auto-Sol.. and its show room clean

Yesterday i spent all day cleaning my bike, after a quick trip to halfords i emerge back with
1. tube of auto sol, 1.can of muc off miracle wax (which works) 1.pack of dusters....

Down pipe is impressive, mine could do with abit of work.

I bought some autoglym metal polish and it just didnt do anything to it.

yeah downpipe came up nice, was that pure elbow grease?, i used my polishing bit on my dremmel on Sunday so i will post pics later

I sat some next to my bike for weeks, same problem mate... I really don't know why I bothered, might have well plonked a tube of toothpaste in a draw next to the bike for all the good it did...

and thats after the France trip in the rain...cause it wasn't quite the usual standard after that, but a little work and it was back to normal

Now that is shiney! mine is covered by my lowers so i didnt give it that much attention... shame itd look better on a pointy ;),

If I had a thou I would probably keep it looking much better, I am almost convinced to find one that needs work, but still tempted by a TL or V raptor or something similarly daft...

Hmmm...guess i should get out now and clean my bike. I'll post a pic of before and after :D It wont be as shiny as all your bikes though, I just dont have the time and cant handle the heartbreak when its only gonna rain on monday...

i commute to work every day and if its rainning it takes me an hour to clean and dry it when i get home if i was to leave it, it would take a lot longer to get all the rust off, i never used to look after my bikes when i was younger but now i feel that polishing it is half the fun of having it
