desperately after a phone i can bung my sim card in free preferably or cheap cheap cheap.

Right when ur at home take ur phone apart as much as possibale, dry it and buy alcohol (no not vodka) to clean it contacts etc then place in airing cuboard and dry it all out. Leave for a good few days put back togther and see if it workd that should normally do the trick! Good luck:smt023

If all else fails, I have some old 3 nokia phone at my folks, give me a shout if you get really stuck and I'll pick up next time I go home. Its sat in loft doing nothing I'm not going to use it.
