Keswick accommodation recommendations

Could those in the know recommend me somewhere to stay in November for about 2-3 nights over a weekend, preferably in or near the town centre (for bars & restaurants). Alternatively there may be somewhere which has an excellent pub nearby but isnt near the town centre!

Basically wanting somewhere nice to stay which has somewhere to go to on an evening for a couple of nights.

Check out the cumbrian cottages website and you might be able to get a cheap deal with it not being too far away, otherwise websites like activehotels usually have some cheap deals. We're staying at a cottage in Keswick from 10th November till the following weekend right opposite a pub and 10 mins walk from the centre :hic: :cool:
