Bit of a daft question, but I'm hoping someone knows the answer without me going and grubbing around in the garage  Are the curvy headlights one completely sealed unit, or does the back section into which the lamp connects come off?

I'd need to cut holes in the back of the headlights, looks like. Not overjoyed at that...
Besides, my new forks arrived, so you can wait
....blah....blah....., my new forks .....
You getting itchy spanner hands again?

If they fit
Got something else in the garage to play with but I might not have time. An Ebay special...

K4 GSXR 750, one version newer than my current ones. But with all the different bits in my front end it's anyone's guess if they'll fit. I tried asking people, but, well... "Hey, anyone know if these parts will fit: An SV650, a pair of GSXR SRAD yokes, a pir of K4 forks, a set of R6 calipers, a wheel off a fireblade and SP2 discs." "Anyone?" "No?" My old ones are pretty worn out, these were £140 and I've got all the other bits like calipers already so it's a tiding-over thing. Usually I'd recoup the costs off hte old forks but I don't think they're worth much now, I've pretty much killed them. £40 spare or repair on ebay maybe.

I guess your bike ticks all the boxes to be known as a "bitsa" hehe.
Will it fit? Easy peasy.......famous last words hehe
*K series wheel is 128mm inner disc surface to inner disc surface(mounted on wheel).
*K Series yokes are 207mm C to C and SRAD is 214mm C to C
*IIRC R6 calipers need to be spaced out 5mm(only work with 320mm discs)
Now, you have to do the maths

Maths? Nah. It fits  Though I've fitted it up with the unknown Tokico calipers I had in the garage. I feel the urge to create a new thread, if you'll excuse me...
