Seat foam/cover

I find the SV seat a bit uncomfortable on track, so I've bought myself a spare one that I can modify.

So, what I need is some high density foam I can glue on then sculpt, and a suitable waterproof seat material to cover it all up with. Anyone got any ideas where might be a good place to look for them?

If you lived closer I could just get you some foam from work for nothing which you could pick up:(
