I was just wondering, I seem to much prefer hanging off to my left than right, and my left chicken strip is half the size of my right. Does anyone else have a preference?

I prefer my right, although as my right knee is now smegged, that may change.

Or i'll get a trike....either way :)

Left feels much more natural than right..

Probably only as we drive on the left and cars are on the other side. You two are gheys. :)

I think that left feels better too. When I started riding I had a real problem going right! It might something to do with the throttle being on the right. Get a few trackdays under your belt and that'll make you good at right handers as most in this country go clockwise with few left handers.

Much like snetterton, which has from what i can remember ONE left hand on the whole circuit on the esses.....last time I marshalled there about 20 riders came off there during the weekend. When picking them up most of them said they were that used to going around right hand corners that a left at the end of the 140+ straight threw them lol.

I have no preference, I find left slightly more awkward though, not sure why.

I used to be a lefty, but I can hang off way better on the right due to a couple of trackdays and loads of knee down on roundabouts.

I don't really hang off, having only been riding a few weeks, but I find left handers a lot more comfortable than rights. I'm getting better on the rights, with lot of practice, which roundabouts are great for, but still find the lefts easier.

snett has 2x left-handers. one at the end of the back straight (esses) & the other at the bottom of the front straight (riches?). I've definitely had some slidey moments on the latter one trying to get good drive onto the start-finish straight - it's a common high-side place. I would have thought that people would tend to go straight on at the end of the back straight as there's a nice tarmac runoff area there iirc

I think i'd rather hang off left cos i dont wanna damage my exhaust lol, but my strips are bout the same on either side bout 6 or 7 mm's either side maybe less.

Most people were clipping the apex kerb (a.k.a massive rubble strips) and then going down as they are pretty horrendous at snetterton. There was ALOT of oil down by the end of the weekend aswell. Bloody old bikes lol
