Interested in your springs. race tech website suggests .9kg/mm for road use. Are these too stiff for me or will they be ok?

Well you could always put on some weight :pig: or carry a heavy tank bag and they would be perfect - not really sure as I havent tried them.

Just how fat would I need to be to benefit from these springs ? or to put it another way what weight would these be be good for ?

You need to be 16-17 stone according to racetech website. They are still available if anybody has a use for them.
