Well, because I live in area..

They been taking CBT test, and she was first, she could not handle the corner, it is nasty thing there, and she hit approaching car, the bike after her , who was instructor hit on her after and another CBT biker hit on both them. The women was dead instantly... Terrible loss....

I put some flowers.... I can not believe it....

i think it may have been my instructor, as its the only one in this area,

That is terriable thing to happen to anyone, espically someone at the start of their biking life....I hope the other people involved recover well. For the rest of us keep up rubber side down.......

I remember when i done my DAS. Another guy doing the same was doing a 5 dayer. He had to do his CBT. Anyhoo, whilst out doing a 'geared bike' morning (I was coming form a scooter) he went to go round a corner, lost the fornt end, came off and slid infront of a car coming the other way! The car only just stopped. He was fine, but it coule have been a lot worse. Apprently, he passed his test at the end of the 5 days!

Very, Very bad news that, I know the Machen straight well, very unforgiving the corners are at both ends.

Strange that the instructor got caught up & crashed too, unless the car was on the wrong side of the road and possibly not the newbie's fault at all.
Whatever, sad loss, & sorry to speculate.
