Use the 'gh' sound from enough for the 'f' sound and the 't' sound from nation for the 'sh' sound.
GHOIT
Is that an anagram of the word or an abbrieviation?.. If it's an abbrieviation, then what does it mean? lol
If not, my word is.... Ummmm...... Oh I dunno.... :(

Ok what he meant was that in the english language words can have various spellings so gh can be f as in 'she,s a bit rou'gh', O can mean the I in women as in 'why, I find myself quite attracted to all these women' and ti or it or iti can sound like shhh as In' has smudge just ti it or iti himself ' :D
