uuurrrghh !!

Absolutely hate any type of hot drink, coffee especially. Think the deep hatred was formed from the days of working in a kitchen where we used to neck shots of expresso to stay awake. Like the gentle smell of coffee beans but as soon as the stuff touches the lips - barf ! :(

I dont drink any hot drinks unless it tastes of chocolate and has loads of cream and marshmellows on top (not really suitable for work).

People at work and in meetings think I'm a bit strange.

Edit: I do love the smell of stong coffee though.

I have an espresso machine - awesome!

I have just this minute returned from the kitchen having run some fresh beans through the grinder and run a double through the Gaggia.

Even the mrs loves the smell, even if she can't stand drinking the stuff. All I need now is some freshly baked bread and it'll be Sarah Beeny heaven.

I quite fancied one of the hand-pump ones. Until I realised how irritating people are who own these (they'd talk about it all day "it's not the same as hand pulled coffee blah blah bore bore w@nk w@nk")

I drink ridiculous amounts of coffee everyday. Maybe one or two reasons why presently this is at the level it is. No surprise though that a sound sleep is a complete stranger to me.:rolleyes:

i often break the rules!! i sneak the odd coffee. Aparantly - phil cant deal with lows i get after drinking coffee and going hyper!!!

Mrs.Timeout....Are you sure you do not suffer with a problem a school pal of mine did? Poor old Brian was dragged off to the Doctor's by his mum due to his admirable err hum rude ability to parp at will all day long! Imagine the embarassment of having to explain it to your family doc?

Anyway the G.P. suggested he be banned from drinking coffee!:p
