I'm considering taking a full race system off of an SV1000 to save offending my neighbours. It's an M4 2 into 1 with a high level titanium can. Sounds amazing as I'm sure you can imagine and apparently gives you an extra 700 hp (well about 5-10 actually).

I have 2 options. CUT the link pipe and fit a sensible end can or repalce the system with the original 2 into 2 and go from there.

So before I go taking an angle grinder to a full race system and make grown men cry was wondering if there is a market for the system and if so what sort of money.

It has a slight dent towards the front of the end-can where a bicycle fell on it and is generally rusted on the front pipe on account of it having been fitted to an SV and taken out in the rain.

So, 2 questions.

1. Would anyone be interested in this race system.
2. If 1 = Yes, what sort of money were you thinking.

System is in Fleet, Hampshire, half way down the M3.

Cheers,
Mark

Unfortunately it's now off the bike so can't show it in situ, but can take a picture of all the bits. Anything in particular you want to see?

If you go here...

And click on SV1000, high sport, it looks like that.

This is for an SV1000, so don't know if it'll fit on your 650.

It's going to be in the region of £250 I expect for the whole system, but I'll need to check out the going rate first before setting a firm price.

Cheers,
Mark
