Do you mean the mounting bolts (to forks)? If so think I might still have them, I'll have a check.

Can't find them must have sold them with the calipers.

Edited to show everything has sold now. Although I do have the lower yoke and stem still. Top 1cm or so of thread on top of the stem somehow got cross threaded when I removed it and so the thread has been stripped. Don't know if it's of any use to someone (can it be fixed by being rethreaded) but it can be had for the price of postage. Will post a pic if there's any interest.
