Glad you're back at home now Bill. Take it easy now, rest is the investment you need to make in your future.

Toasting marshmallows over an open fire bowl. I don't even eat marshmallows as they contain pork but I still like helping the kids get them just to that perfect stage between squishy and edible or incinerated. They have such fun doing them.

Rest is not going to be a problem this time around.
Getting moving again is.
After 2 months of bed rest thought I'd be raring to go however every muscle I have hurts and I have the strength of a newborn kitten.

Who knew?
How much pork could they possibly contain? I'd be more worried about their sugar content.
I do love animals btw. They are delicious!

Fantastic cold call at work today:
Coldcaller: Are you the owner of this property sir?
Me : Wish I was
Coldcaller: Do you know how much capital you could realise on your property?
Me: Let's go for it - I'm in Old Admiralty Building, I'll take £30 million, cheap..
*Click*
Me: hello?

well, it was a sort of accidental one, I'd even told him (in a way) that I wasn't the owner, I'm not the quickest wit normally so I was quite pleased with my *cheap* offer :)

They probably thought you were the owner. Wasn't there rumour it was to be sold a couple of years ago?

Admiralty Arch has been sold, for use as a hotel iirc, and the Foreign Office are moving out of Old Admiralty, I believe the Department of Education are moving in, we've had to have our own entrance cut into the side (through 6 feet of wall apparently) as Dept Of Ed aren't as bothered about security as Foreign Office are...

Got out briefly on the quadbike today.
Granted top speed was about 15 mph, I made nearly a full mile journey. LOL
Still felt good to be riding.

Encouraged me to get back on the bike.
See how easy this is?
